Greek Salad Chicken Wraps

I've got an easy, warm weather dinner for ya.  This is less of a recipe and more of just throwing some ingredients into a wrap.  I marinated the chicken breast in white wine, lemon juice, and olive oil, then seasoned it up with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder before grilling it.


The salad part of it is your basic Greek salad ingredients, with the addition of some lettuce.  Tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, kalamata olives, and feta.  I dressed the salad with olive oil, red wine vinegar, a splash of lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.

Spread some store bought or homemade Tzatziki sauce onto whatever sort of wrap you prefer, we used one we like from Trader Joe's, pile your salad on, add your sliced grilled chicken, and sprinkle on some fresh basil.  Good stuff, kids.
